Management

Business management, strategy and the psychology behind it are other areas that I am interested in.

The first business that I started, Improvia Limited, was originally set up in 2000 as a business management consultancy although it has expanded since to also encompass customer and market research. Since that time I have been fortunate to have worked with a wide variety of different businesses of all sizes on a range of different issues.

In 1999 I completed my MBA in General Management which specialised in the psychology behind leadership and motivation, strategy development and implementation, organisational development, complexity theory and marketing.

More recently I have been working on the application of complexity theory to decision making and business management.
